Tank material: Steel plate Q345A, the thickness of the shell is 5mm approx.
Dish ends and bulkhead: Dished and flanged, steel plate Q345A, thickness are 5mm approx, and baffles are 4 mm approx, steel plate Q235A.
Shape of tank: Ellipse, double “D”
Plate dealing: Outer surface paint. Color according to the customer’s requirement. Internal antistatic coating.
Test pressure designed: 36kpa.
4. Tank Accessories and fitting:
16″ diameter manhole pre compartment.
Each compartment has a 4″ foot valve, pneumatic operation.
Each compartment has a 3″ steel pipe line.
At the middle of the tank, each compartment with a 3″ ball-type discharge valve and a male coupling (To be determined), lies to roadside.
At the rear of the tank, a detachable ladder is provided.
A chequered plate walkway is installed on top of the tank made of antiskid plate.
Each compartment has a measurement ruler. According to the regulation of Chinese metrology department, the measurement ruler for fuel tanker semitrailer should be calibrated above 70% of the tank volume and below 70% the ruler doesn’t need be calibrated. From 70% to 85% of the tank volume, we can calibrated the ruler and it can reach 300 liter/step. And above 85% of the tank volume, we can make the precision of the measurement ruler reach 100 liter/step. (calibrated by CIMC)
